Great to join the 2026 Bulldog Gallery public art project in Irvington, NY again! Spearheaded by the Irvington Arts and Culture Committee, this outdoor exhibit featured 23 original works of art by local artists on fiberglass bulldog statues (the bulldog being the mascot of the town and schools). The statues, including my “Honeycomb Bulldog”, were sponsored by area businesses and supporters of public art. This sweet pup features 26 busy bees (in honor of 2026) plus green/white and red/white/blue jewels in the Queen’s crown (for Irvington and USA 250, respectively). All the painted statues were displayed on Irvington’s Main Street all summer long (end of May through September 2026). The statues were then auctioned off during the 2026 Bulldog Gallery Auction in September 2026.
